Ferguson in no rush to replace Fletcher

Sir Alex Ferguson reveals Manchester United will not be rushed into buying a replacement for Darren Fletcher, who has taken an "extended break" from the game due to a chronic inflammatory bowel condition.

He adds that he would only be in the market for a player they have been interested in for a long time.

Ferguson admits Fletcher will "not be easy to replace", but suggests Phil Jones, Ryan Giggs, Park Ji-Sung, Darron Gibson and Paul Pogba can all fill in for Fletcher in the centre of midfield - and is backing the Scottish international to make a full recovery.
