LMA criticises Villas-Boas sacking

Richard Bevan, chief executive of the League Managers' Association tells BBC Radio 5 live Breakfast that the sacking of Chelsea boss Andre Villas-Boas is "a serious embarrassment."

Villas-Boas, who had been at Chelsea less than nine months, became the seventh manager to be removed from the club since 2004.

Bevan has spoken to Villas-Boas since his dismissal and says the 34-year-old is "disappointed and saddened" by the decision.
