Di Matteo out to keep it simple

Chelsea caretaker manager Roberto Di Matteo says the club must take "collective responsibility" for the sacking of Andre Villas-Boas, who left Stamford Bridge on Sunday after less than a year in charge.

The Italian says the club "will make the appropriate decisions when the time is right" and adds that he will keep things as simple as possible during his tenure, starting with the Premier League tie against Stoke on Saturday.
