Glick apologises for offensive chants

Derby County chief executive Tom Glick is "surprised, shocked and extremely disappointed" by Derby fans who sang offensive songs about Nigel Doughty who died in January, apologising for their "insensitive and disrespectful" behaviour.

A small section of home fans chanted about the former Forest owner and chairman during Derby's 1-0 win at Pride Park, which Glick says left him "speechless".

Glick says the chants were "insensitive" and accepts accountability for the events, though insists they were carried out by a minority of fans.
