Lambert pleased despite defeat

Norwich manager Paul Lambert praises his side's performance despite going down 2-1 away to Fulham at Craven Cottage.

First-half goals from Clint Dempsey and Damien Duff were enough to see off the Canaries, though Aaron Wilbraham's strike gave them hope towards the end.

Lambert describes Fulham's two goals as "silly" and praises his side's response, insisting Norwich "should have got something from the game".
