Euro 2012: England's 'new era' excites Phil Neville

Phil Neville is excited by the "new England era" ahead of the Euro 2012 tournament, especially following the appointment of his brother Gary as assistant coach.

On Monday, ex-Manchester United defender Gary Neville signed a four year deal to join up with new England boss Roy Hodgson, and his brother believes there is a "feel good factor" surrounding the squad now.

The Everton midfielder also discusses the omission of Rio Ferdinand from the squad, saying it would have been "wrong" to take both him and Chelsea's John Terry as the national team needs more young players.
