England: Roy Hodgson on Cahill injury and 'tough' win

England manager Roy Hodgson is "delighted" with a "very tough" 1-0 win over Belgium, but is worried by the potential loss of Gary Cahill to injury.

The centre-half left the field with a suspected fractured jaw after Belgian forward Dries Mertens pushed Cahill into the on-rushing keeper Joe Hart.

Danny Welbeck chipped home Ashley Young's through-ball for the game's only goal, a second consecutive 1-0 win to start Hodgson's reign in England's last warm-up game before playing France on June 11.
