Cambridge boss Jez George backs Luke Berry after red card

Cambridge boss Jez George tells BBC Radio Cambridgeshire midfielder Luke Berry has nothing to apologise for after being sent off in their 3-1 defeat by Kidderminster.

It was their third home loss of the season and left them 19th in the Blue Square Bet Premier table but George said: "He hasn't let me down, he's never let me down.

"Yes, he was a little bit naive and over-enthusiastic and, like one or two of the younger ones, too desperate to do well because of the circumstances and the situation."
