Tottenham's Andre Villas-Boas credits 'brilliant' Chelsea

Manager Andre Villas-Boas credits the "individual brilliance" of Juan Mata, Oscar and Eden Hazard for Chelsea's win 4-2 Premier League at White Hart Lane.

The 35-year-old salutes the "intensity" of a match in which Gary Cahill volleyed the Blues in front before Spurs "upped the tempo" to score twice in the first ten minutes of the second-half, through William Gallas and Jermain Defoe.

Villas-Boas felt his side could have been "more patient in our possession" but two Juan Mata strikes put the league leaders back in front, before the Spaniard set up substitute Daniel Sturridge for the game's final goal.
