Former Bolton midfielder Fabrice Muamba tells Football Focus he is ready for a change in lifestyle following his retirement from football.
Muamba suffered a cardiac arrest on 17 March during Bolton's FA Cup quarter-final tie with Tottenham Hotspur and had to be resuscitated on the pitch before being taken to hospital.
Muamba, who also played for Arsenal and Birmingham, says he is not the only player who has been forced to give up the game and he must look forward to new challenges in his life.
