Midfielder Andy Reid tells BBC East Midlands Today that Nottingham Forest can still make the Championship play-offs despite the recent upheaval at the club.
The Reds are nine points off the play-offs with 15 games to go, with Reid playing under his fourth manager since the the Al Hasawi family purchased the club in the summer.
But he said: "The manager has really stressed that we have underachieved, which we knew already. We have a lot of quality players so we need to step up.
"There are plenty of points still to play for and we believe we can get into the play-offs."
