Scott confident of Shots survival

Andy Scott tells BBC Surrey he is confident he can help Aldershot Town retain their Football League status after being appointed as their new manager.

The 40-year-old former Brentford and Rotherham manager has been appointed on a deal until the end of next season, replacing Dean Holdsworth. He will be assisted by Terry Bullivant at the EBB Stadium.

The Shots currently sit two points above the League Two relegation zone with 13 games of the season remaining.
