'Fear of failure' drives Hull City manager Steve Bruce

Hull City manager Steve Bruce reveals that "fear of failure" motivates him to continue managing at the top level.

The former Sunderland and Wigan boss achieved promotion with Hull last season and while he warns the Premier League will be "really difficult" for Hull, he does not want his players to be "frightened of the big league".

Hull have been busy in the transfer market during the summer, bringing in a number of players including Danny Graham, Curtis Davies, George Boyd, Allan McGregor, Maynor Figueroa and Yannick Sagbo.
