West Ham 2-0 Cardiff City: Sam Allardyce delighted with strong start to season

West Ham manager Sam Allardyce says he is delighted with his team's 2-0 win over Premier League debutants Cardiff City.

The Hammers boss saw Joe Cole score within the first 15 minutes of the match to take the lead, followed by a late goal by Kevin Nolan to seal victory declaring it a great start to the season - although he concedes that Cole "should have scored a hat-trick"
