NI winger McGinn urges squad to develop winning mentality

Northern Ireland winger Niall McGinn urges the squad to develop a winning mentality against the so-called lesser teams in international football.

"We have to capitalise when we are on top in matches and the results away to Portugal and home to Russia show what we are capable of," said the Aberdeen winger.

McGinn admits to having endured "a frustrating four or five weeks" on the sidelines since suffering an injury in the 3-2 defeat by Luxembourg and adds that the players owe manager Michael O'Neill "a big performance".
