Peter Taylor: Gillingham interim boss hopes to impress

Gillingham interim manager Peter Taylor tells BBC Radio Kent he wants to encourage the players "to play some good football" after taking charge of the side.

The 60-year-old is back at the League One club - having spent the 1999-2000 campaign in charge of the Gills - while chairman Paul Scally searches for a new manager after sacking Martin Allen on Sunday.

Taylor also admitted that he would like the job on a permanent basis.
