Mackay is Cardiff's 'greatest boss'

Liverpool manager Brendan Rodgers pays tribute to Malky Mackay by calling his fellow boss - sacked on Friday - the greatest in Cardiff's history.

Rodgers also stands by his description of referee Lee Mason and his assistants as "horrendous" following the 2-1 Boxing Day defeat at Manchester City.

The Football Association will investigate Rodgers' comments questioning the decision to give the game to Mason, whose Bolton home is 16 miles from the Etihad Stadium.
