Mark Yates 'has passion for Cheltenham' - chairman Paul Baker

Cheltenham Town chairman Paul Baker tells BBC Gloucestershire that manager Mark Yates remains the right man to lead the club because of his "passion" for the Robins.

Yates and his assistant Neil Howarth have entered contract discussions, with a view to them staying at Whaddon Road until 2016.

Baker admits this season has been a "blip", with the club 12 points off the League Two play-offs, but believes the management team can turn it around next year.
