Brentford boss Mark Warburton: Penalty reversal bizarre
Brentford manager Mark Warburton tells BBC London 94.9 that seeing referee Eddie Ilderton reverse a penalty and red card decision in their 0-0 draw with Sheffield United was "bizarre".
Ilderton sent off Sheffield United's Kieron Freeman and awarded a penalty after he was ruled to have fouled Bees striker Marcello Trotta.
But, after consulting with assistant Mark Dwyer, Ilderton rescinded the red card and gave a drop ball.
The point at Bramall Lane moves Brentford five points clear of third-placed Leyton Orient, with a game in hand.
