Celtic do not deserve to be in Champions League - Ronny Deila
Celtic manager Ronny Deila says his side were "not good enough" in their Champions League qualifying defeat by Maribor and admits they do not deserve to progress to the group stages of the competition.
A second-half goal from Marcos Tavares gave the Slovenian club a 2-1 aggregate win at Celtic Park, condemning the home side to the Europa League.
It was the Glasgow club's second chance to reach the group stage of the Champions League. They were reinstated into the competition when their second-leg defeat by Legia Warsaw in the previous round was reversed to a 3-0 win after the Poles fielded a suspended player in the last few minutes.
