Leyton Orient boss Russell Slade: Common ground must be found

Leyton Orient manager Russell Slade tells BBC London 94.9 that he had "frank and honest" discussions with club owner Francesco Becchetti following Tuesday's 1-1 draw at Notts County.

Slade has come under pressure from Italian businessman Becchetti, who took over the O's in the summer, following a slow start to the League One campaign.

Slade says he will continue as manager but says they "have to find common ground in terms of the way we go forward".
