Shrewsbury Town winger Ashley Vincent - the first of the club's 17 summer signings after relegation to League Two - says that the spirit in the camp is excellent.
"There's a feelgood factor around the club," the former Cheltenham Town, Aldershot, Colchester United and Port Vale player told BBC Radio Shropshire.
"It's the best dressing room I've been in. And I've been in a few. There's always someone who will put a smile on your face."
Vincent has not started since suffering a hamstring injury at Northampton over a month ago, but he has come off the bench for the last four games.
