Jose Mourinho: Chelsea boss says there is no racism in football

Chelsea boss Jose Mourinho says "there is no racism in football", after being asked about whether the game is doing enough to promote and develop black managers.

With only two black managers in England's top 92 clubs, there have been calls to introduce American Football's 'Rooney Rule', which would require at least one black or ethnic minority candidate to be interviewed for each available managerial role.

Mourinho, in his second spell at Stamford Bridge, believes the best candidates get jobs regardless of their race, stating "football is not stupid to close doors to top people".
