West Brom 2-2 Manchester Utd: Errors to blame - Louis van Gaal

Manchester United manager Louis van Gaal says "individual errors" caused his side to give "two points away" in their 2-2 draw with West Brom at The Hawthorns.

The visitors trailed early on when Stephane Sessegnon fired a stunning opener, but substitute Marouane Fellaini levelled shortly after his half-time introduction. Saido Berahino then restored the Baggies' lead before Daley Blind curled an exquisite equaliser three minutes from time.

Van Gaal says he was pleased United "fought to the end" to extend their unbeaten run to three matches, but is still looking for his first win away from home as Manchester United boss.
