Penalty award was wrong - Martinez

Everton manager Roberto Martinez says referee Andre Marriner made the "wrong decision" in awarding Manchester City a penalty during the first half of his side's 1-0 defeat at the Etihad.

City went ahead when Phil Jagielka was controversially judged to have fouled James Milner in the box and Yaya Toure converted the resultant spot kick.

Everton pressured for a second-half equaliser, but Joe Hart brilliantly denied Romelu Lukaku to leave Martinez still without a win in his 11 games against City as a manager.
