Ronnie Moore: Hartlepool United squad lacks 'leaders'

Hartlepool United manager Ronnie Moore tells BBC Look North there is a lack of leadership quality within the squad.

Moore became Pools boss earlier this month following the sacking of Paul Murray and drew 1-1 with Oxford in his first game in charge last weekend.

Having assessed the squad in training and against the U's, the former Tranmere, Oldham and Rotherham manager is keen to bring a more vocal edge to bottom-of-the-table Pools in their bid to avoid relegation to the Football League.
