Newcastle's Jack Colback tells Football Focus it was an "easy decision" to move from north-east rivals Sunderland last year.
Colback agreed a long-term deal at St James' Park, leaving the Black Cats on a free transfer after his contract expired.
Sunderland trained him from the age of eight and were reported to have said the move left "a bitter taste" because they could not recoup their "significant investment". The midfielder admits he was "disappointed" with the reaction.
