New AFC Telford United signing Ian Sharps tells BBC Radio Shropshire that he has "another 18 months in my legs".
The 34-year-old defender has signed for boss Steve Kittrick until the end of the season in a bid to help the Bucks in their battle to avoid relegation from the Conference, with a view to a possible coaching role beyond that.
"Steve's told me there might be an opportunity to coach. But, at the same time, I've got to get out to and play football. I've got well over 550 games under my belt.
"You get over 30 and some managers think you're over the hill. I'm just grateful for the chance to go and give it my best shot," he says.
Ian Sharps was talking to BBC Radio Shropshire sports editor James Bond.
