Racism a problem beyond football - QPR boss Chris Ramsey

QPR caretaker boss Chris Ramsey says Chelsea supporters filmed chanting racist slogans on the Paris Metro are "not fans of football" and highlight broader "social problems" outside the game.

Ramsey, who says he has experienced racism "a lot" during his more than 30 years in football, adds that Chelsea cannot be blamed for the actions of a few supporters for whom racism is "intrinsic" in daily life.

Instead, Ramsey believes the incident in the French capital on Tuesday highlights broader "social issues" that "manifest themselves in a football world" and should be tackled by authorities beyond football.
