Crystal Palace 2-1 Man City: Pellegrini says referee made mistakes

Manchester City manager Manuel Pellegrini says referee Michael Oliver "made mistakes" during his side's 2-1 defeat to Crystal Palace at Selhurst Park.

The Chilean felt that the opener from Palace striker Glenn Murray was offside and that City should have been awarded a penalty.

Jason Puncheon then fired in a brilliant free-kick from the edge of the box for Palace and Yaya Toure's strike could not prevent a third Premier League defeat for City in five games.
