Wigan Athletic: Gary Caldwell looking forward to manager's job

Wigan Athletic's new boss Gary Caldwell says he is "looking forward" to the challenge of keeping the Latics in the Championship.

Caldwell, 32, has replaced Malky Mackay, who was sacked on Monday, and says he wants to make his mark on the team as soon as possible.

The former Scotland centre-back becomes the youngest manager in the Football League, having been appointed by the club's 23-year-old chairman, David Sharpe.
