Eden Hazard on winning PFA Player of the Year

Chelsea playmaker Eden Hazard is "very happy" to have won the Professional Footballers' Association player of the year award and says he always strives to "be the best".

The Belgian international, 24, has scored 13 goals and made eight assists in 33 Premier League games to help leaders Chelsea move to the cusp of the title.

Relegation candidates Leicester City welcome Chelsea on Tuesday where a win for Jose Mourinho's men would take them 13 points clear of their nearest rivals with four games to play.
