Stoke 3-0 Tottenham: Potters were comfortable - Mark Hughes

Mark Hughes says his Stoke City side were "very, very comfortable" in their 3-0 win over 10-man Tottenham Hotspur at the Britannia Stadium.

Midfielder Charlie Adam headed the Potters ahead after a mistake by Jan Vertonghen and Steven Nzonzi's smart finish doubled the lead before half-time.

The visitors had Vlad Chiricheș sent off for a second bookable offence before Mame Biram Diouf added a third as Stoke recorded their first top-flight double over Spurs.
