Euro Under-21 Championship: Jesse Lingard hails England spirit

England's goal-scoring substitute Jesse Lingard describes his side's 1-0 win over Sweden in the European Under-21 Championship as a "massive relief".

Lingard's late goal boosted England's hopes of qualifying for the semi-finals, and they play Italy in their final Group B game on Wednesday.

Manager Gareth Southgate, who brought on Lingard for the injured Alex Pritchard, believes that "momentum" is now with his side after they secured their first points of the tournament in Olomouc, Czech Republic.
