England have made history - Sampson

England coach Mark Sampson says his team "have made history" by beating Norway 2-1 to win their first Women's World Cup knockout match and progress to the quarter-finals.

The Lionesses have "stepped up" and match-winner Lucy Bronze credits a "team effort" in a "very tough game to play in".

England's other goalscorer, captain Steph Houghton, believes the team "have come a long way" having taken "a bit of stick earlier in the tournament".
