England 2-0 Estonia: Cahill and Walcott aiming for perfect 10

Gary Cahill and Theo Walcott say England are targeting 10 wins from 10 in Euro 2016 qualifying when they take on Lithuania in their final match on Monday.

With qualification already assured, England cruised to a 2-0 win over Estonia at Wembley thanks to goals from Arsenal striker Walcott and Manchester City's Raheem Sterling.

England are on course to become only the sixth side to complete European Championship qualifying with a 100% record.
