Dungannon Swifts manager Darren Murphy resigns after defeat

Darren Murphy quits as Dungannon Swifts manager after watching his side lose to a last-gasp David Cushley goal against 10-man Ballymena United at the Showgrounds.

The Swifts have won just two of their 13 Premiership matches this season and have accumulated just eight points as they struggle near the bottom of the table.

"For the amount of effort and commitment I have put in, I don't feel that I have got enough back today, or indeed this season," said Murphy.
