Remi Garde has final say on Aston Villa transfers

New Aston Villa manager Remi Garde says he has the final say on which players will be signed by the club.

The Villains signed 13 players in the summer and former boss Tim Sherwood, chief executive Tom Fox, sporting director Hendrik Almstadt and director of scouting Paddy Riley were all involved in the recruitment.

The 49-year-old former Lyon manager took over on Monday after Sherwood was sacked.
