Nicky Forster: Staines Town have 'ounce of hope' for Orient tie

Staines Town manager Nicky Forster tells BBC London his squad have "an ounce of hope" that they can cause an upset in their FA Cup first-round tie at Leyton Orient.

Staines, who play in the Isthmian League Premier Division, are three tiers below League Two Orient.

Forster, 42, scored goals for six different clubs including Brighton, Hull and Reading in the FA Cup during his playing days.
