Premier League's 39th game off the agenda - Richard Scudamore

Premier League chief executive Richard Scudamore admits plans to play English top-flight games abroad are "as far away now as ever", but says the sport will still grow in North America.

Speaking to the BBC Sport's Matt Slater at the Blazercon football convention in New York, Scudamore said the Premier League's TV offering will continue to improve and bring in new fans, while Major League Soccer provides the competitive live action.
