Sunderland boss Sam Allardyce got 'itchy feet' to return to football

Sunderland boss Sam Allardyce says he got "itchy feet" to return to football management, just three months after leaving West Ham United.

Speaking to Alan Shearer, the former Sunderland player says knowing the club and the how passionate the fans are helped to make his decision.

Allardyce says the Black Cats must avoid a relegation battle this season "at all costs".
