West Bromwich Albion head coach Tony Pulis says that the whole club needs a shake-up to bring the "togetherness" the Baggies need.
"It's about the people outside the club," he told BBC WM 95.6. "It's about getting that feeling of having a club that's really pushing together. I'm a great believer that, if you're in it, you're in it together.
"I've experienced it before at other clubs and I'd love to experience it here. In the last three home matches the atmosphere has been fantastic. They've surprised me, but it has been a wonderful surprise. It comes from the players believing in themselves and playing the kind of football that can get the crowd excited."
Tony Pulis was been talking about his 12 months in charge at The Hawthorns with BBC WM's Rob Gurney.
