Recently-appointed Aston Villa chairman Steven Hollis tells BBC WM 95.6 they are determined to build stability at the troubled Premier League club.
Villa, bottom of the table and nine points from safety, have made major changes in their boardroom in the light of their struggles this season.
Former Aston Villa player and manager Brian Little has joined the board along with ex-Manchester City chairman David Bernstein.
Their arrival follows the appointment of Lord Mervyn King as a director in February and Hollis's own arrival in January.
As part of the clearout, former chief executive Tom Fox and sporting director Hendrik Almstadt have left.
Hollis has not confirmed whether manager Remi Garde will stay with the Midlands club beyond the summer.
