Players 'on-board' with Stam's system

Reading captain Paul McShane says attitudes among the players have improved since Jaap Stam's arrival as manager.

The Royals are unbeaten in seven matches in all competitions and face Championship leaders Huddersfield at home on Saturday.

"It's been an education with the new manager and the new coaches, they've really opened up people's minds to different styles of play," McShane told BBC Radio Berkshire.

"Everyone's singing off the same hymn sheet."
