Reading loanee Reece Oxford is hoping for more minutes on the pitch after arriving on loan from West Ham on deadline day.
"Everyone has welcomed me, I feel quite at home already," the 18-year-old told BBC Radio Berkshire.
"My last reserve game for West Ham was when Reading started to show interest, so I was just trying to push the deal and get here as soon as possible.
"They can be promoted, they're third-placed right now, so hopefully we can just keep on pushing into the play-offs and straight into the Premier League.
"Hopefully, I can just get some senior football here and promotion to the Premier League."
