Crusaders beat Dungannon to go nine clear

Crusaders take another step towards a third consecutive Irish Premiership title with a 2-1 victory away to Dungannon Swifts.

Goals from Paul Heatley and Colin Coates gave the visitors a 2-0 lead and Stephen Baxter’s side held on for victory despite Cormac Burke’s second-half strike for Dungannon.

Crusaders are now nine points clear at the top of the table while the Swifts sit seventh, six points behind Glenavon.
