Reading manager Jaap Stam has said that the chance to play Premier League football is an "unbelievable opportunity" for the club.
The 44-year-old will hope to return the Royals to the top flight for the first time since 2013 when they play Huddersfield in the Championship play-off final at Wembley on Monday.
"It's a very great achievement," said Stam. "Everybody wants to play at that stage, and show themselves to the world.
"I think for the club it's great because of the money involved, so it's good for everybody."
