Ricciardo upbeat despite pit-stop woe

Red Bull's Daniel Ricciardo remains upbeat despite a catastrophic pit-stop which ruined his Malaysian Grand Prix.

The Australian was released from the pit before his front-left tyre was fully attached and was forced to retire a few laps later with a front wing problem as Lewis Hamilton led Mercedes to a 1-2 finish. Ricciardo's Red Bull team-mate Sebastian Vettel finished third.

A 10-place grid penalty for unsafe pit-lane release continues an unfortunate start to the season for Ricciardo after he was disqualified from a second-placed finish at his home grand prix in Melbourne.
