Silverstone is spectacular venue - Damon Hill

British Racing Drivers' Club president Damon Hill says Silverstone's new multi-million pound pits and paddock complex is a "keystone" for the future of the circuit, and believes a British driver could triumph over Sebastian Vettel at the venue in July.
