Lewis Hamilton 'ecstatic' to split Red Bulls on Nurburgring grid

Lewis Hamilton is all smiles after an "amazing lap" means he starts the German Grand Prix from second on the grid, behind Mark Webber and ahead of championship leader Sebastian Vettel.

The British driver admits he has been hard on himself and his McLaren team but has his "fingers crossed for a great result" in Sunday's race.
